Itinerary Information

Combine one of the most beautiful treks of the Everest region and a 7000m peak climb, and there you have it , an exceptional itinerary in the world renowned Everest region, the Khumbu, land of the Sherpas.  Hike along the Mera Peak trail on a progressive ascent to the base camp for a good acclimatization.

    ITINERARY BREAKDOWN

     

    Technical Aspects

    The permit of this summit will be obtained by GST from the Toursim Ministry.

    Accessible to all climbers who are autonomous on classic routes.Technical skills are only required on snow and ice.

    The majority of the technical difficulties are at 7000m, here, you will need a good control of your body and mind at this altitude.

    The Panch Pokhara Base Camp is at 5500m, from there we will set up two more camps, one at 6100m and one at 6600m.

    45° climb and a narrow crest before the summit.

     

    Minimum level required :

    For autonomous climbers used to classic snow trails or more experienced. (In Europe the Mt.Blanc by the three mounts, Bionassay’s crest, Rochefort, Meije crossing ).

    Being able to stay in  high altitudes for long periods of time, sharing the Base Camp lifestyle with other people and the GST team for numerous days !
