Itinerary Information

As winter approaches and snow begins to fall on the upper reaches of the Himalayas, food becomes scarce and herbivores begin their annual migration. Descending below the tree-line, these animals seek sustenance in the relatively more luxuriant valleys and on grassy slopes. Among them is a Himalayan wild sheep known as the Bharal or Blue Sheep. Found throughout the high Himalayas, the Bharal is a magnet for the animal world’s most mysterious killer!
