Hike on a circuit surrounding the 8th highest summit in the world , Manaslu.
Up along the Burhi Gandaki, trek through villages inhabited by people of tibetan culture and tradition and escape to the high altitudes for an excursion to the Pungen glacier and the crossing of the Larkya La at 5000m. Meet the villagers of Prok and learn all about Samdo’s lifetsyle.
From terraced paddyfields fenced in by banana tree to the junipers of the Himalayan high altitudes, through beautiful conifer and rhododendron forests. Everyday we engage in a new landscape.
In the Nubri valley, Buddhism is part of the people’s every day life. You will be able to witness budhist ceremonies at the monasteries of Lho and Samdo.
Samdo is the last village of the valley, from here on you will only meet yaks.

| Day 2 | Arughat to Lapu Bensi Along the Burhi Gandaki. |
| Day 3 | Lapu Bensi to Khola Bensi Subtropical vegetation, banana trees, pineapple and hibiscus. |
| Day 4 | Khola Bensi to Jagat Hot water sources at Tatopani. |
| Day 5 | From Jagat to Deng Narrow gorges, we enter the Nubri valley with its tibetan culture. |
| Day 6 | From Deng to Prok |
| Day 7 | From Prok to Lho From Lho we have the first views of the Manaslu, 8136m. Downhill to Ghap. Hike through a conifer forest. Crossing of 2 bridges. Hike a Steep ascent on the left river bank to have lunch in Namrung, 2550m. Hike through Bengsam and its vast green fields. Uphill to Lho and its terraced rooftops. View point of the Manaslu and the Himal Chuli, 7893m. |
| Day 8 | From Lho to Samagaon by the Pungen Glacier Excursion to Pungen , 4000m. Here we are surrounded by 8000m and 7000m summits, the Himal Chuli , North Peak, Ngadi Himal and Manaslu. The brave ones can trek to the monastery edified by Milarepa ; what a magical moment. Night in Samagaon, from where expeditions start for Manaslu. |
| Day 9 | Sama Gaon to Samdo (3800m) 4 hours hike to Samdo. Samdo is the last permanent village before the Larkya pass. |
| Day 10 | Samdo An acclimatization day allowing us to better understand the lifestyle in harsh terrains, a moment to discover the actions of Samdo Avenir http://samdoavenir.org/fr/ |
| Day 11 | From Samdo to Dharamsala (4460m) |
| Day 12 | Form Dharamsala to Bimtang (3590m by the Larkya pass(5060m) |
| Day 13 | From Bimtang to Darapani (1850m) Hike above Dudh Khola till Dharapani. Here you wil join the classic Annapurna Circuit trail. |
| Day 14 | From Darapani to Jagat (1300m) |
| Day 15 | From Jagat to Ngadi Path along the ricefields till Ngadi, 930m. |
| Day 16 | From Ngadi to Kathmandu. Short trek to Besi Sahar and vehicle back to Kathmandu. Possibility to shorten this iitnerary by two days : by taking a vehicle from Dharapani |
